Kelly Canyon Ski Resort is a 30 minute drive southeast from Rexburg. Founded in 1957, the resort has been described by accomplished skiers as the perfect place to learn to ski and board. With terrain suited for all levels of skiers and snowboarders, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort is a family friendly atmosphere for winter enthusiasts of all ages.

Kelly Canyon is the most well-known ski resort in this area because of its location, easy access, and very reasonable prices. Kelly’s offers 640 acres of skiable terrain, 26 runs, and 1000’ vertical rise. The snowfall at Kelly Canyon is 200” annually, and they do have snow making ability for the occasional dry winter seasons here in Idaho. They offer 4 double chair lifts, 2 tow ropes, and night skiing. A full day ticket at Kelly’s is $35, with half day and night skiing tickets at $27.

Kelly’s is a great place for young families and beginners to solidify their new snowboarding or skiing skills on Kelly’s gently rolling hills. Kelly Canyon does not offer overnight lodging, but the cooks in Kelly’s kitchen sure can grill up a tasty hamburger!

The Resort offers lift tickets, yummy food, and rental gear at affordable prices. Kelly Canyon is well known for its night skiing with most of the hill lit for a unique winter experience.
